Adam is the son of a career mortgage broker in the Greater Hamilton area. Adam has been working in the industry for over 20 years.
Kaz is a multi-business entrepreneur over the past 20 years in the Greater Hamilton area. Kaz now been working in the mortgage and financing industry for over 7 years.
They each bring something different to the table. Its that difference that makes all the difference.
During his entire career of over 40 years in the mortgage business Bruce has lived and worked in the Hamilton area.
He has seen rates as high as 22.75% in 1981 and the lowest rates back in 2021 as low as 1.5%.
In the 1990’s he saw home prices fall as much as 50% of their value.
He has helped clients in all different situations, and has the knowledge and tools to do so.
Alexandre lets his sunny disposition shine through in his work and interactions.
Fluent in English, French, and Mortgagese, he is adept at navigating the rules and requirements of mortgage contracts as well as finding the best deal amid the many available lenders.
Alex takes pride in his ability to explain the industry jargon and available options to his clients in order for them to make the best-informed decision for them.
He isn’t afraid to think outside the box to offer solutions so long as they conform to the rules and improve his clients’ financial position, both in the short and the long term.
